Our current turnaround time is 7-10 working days on printed/embroidered garments. For plain items (non customised) our turnaround time is typically 2-3 working days.
If you require an express delivery on customised garments (that's sooner than 7-10 working days), please get in touch to see if we can accomodate your order. We will make every effort to do so. *Please be aware additional charges may apply.
We use DPD to deliver our orders to mainland UK addresses. We utilise their tracking service so that we can keep you informed on the progress of your delivery.
*Deliveries outside of Mainland UK may incur customs charges. If charges do apply, this will be at the expense of the customer and not Embroidery Express / Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd.
