Embroidery

The process of embroidery produces outstanding results and is at the ''sharp end'' of corporate identity. We recreate personalised artwork into a unique, raised thread, embroidered design. Typical lead time - 7 working days. A premium service is available for emergency orders.

We achieve this using state of the art computer controlled ''Barudan'' stitching machines. Our machines are operated by highly experienced staff and we ensure that the quality of our embroidery is constantly of the highest standard. Your artwork is scanned into our computer and then recreated in actual stitches on screen. This is a highly skilled job and each design is meticulously created using the latest embroidery software.

New & Existing Logo Options

New Logo

If you have not used your logo with us before, then you will need to have your logo digitised. Digitising is the process we use to make your logo into a format which can be used for embroidering onto a garment.
If you look at the picture to the right this shows how we go about making your logo from a JPEG image to a digitised logo.

If you do need to have your logo digitised by us as part of your logo you will be subject to a one-off charge of £25.00 + VAT. However once your logo is digitised by us then you can use this to be placed on any future garments that you order from us.

Existing Logo

If you have placed orders with us before and have already had your logo digitised, then you will not need to pay another setup charge. If you are unsure if you have had your logo digitised by us before then you can check your emails to see if we have sent over one of our logo approval sheets (See example pictured right). If you have this then we will have your logo on file ready for use with your next order. If you cannot find this approval sheet then please call us and we will be able to tell you if your logo is on our system or not.
