To ensure you receive the highest quality customisation please review our artwork guidelines below.
If you do not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we can re-draw your logo for a fee of £20.00 (vat included), if your logo is only text-based, there is a fee of £5.00 (vat included). Once drawn these files are saved on our system for any future orders.
Vectored files are the preferred file type. It is easy to differentiate between vectors and other formats (PNG, JPG). If you zoom into a vector, you will see no pixelation or distortion. If you zoom into a bitmap, the image and edges will become blocky (pixelated).
Do not create a bitmap file and then save it as an AI or EPS file – This will still be a bitmap and would be unusable.
Converting specific fonts to paths (or curves)
If your logo has any specific fonts/typefaces, these MUST be converted to curves/paths depending on your software package. This means that the font is converted to a graphic object and cannot be changed. If this is not done we will not be able to match your artwork. Alternatively, if you know the name of the font simply fill this out in the ‘additional information’ box when placing your order.
Any high-resolution file type accepted (EPS, JPG, PNG, AI, SVG)
All files types are accepted as long as the resolution is high quality. For all first-time customers, there is a £20.00 (Vat included) fee for logos to be converted into an embroidery file (digitising), this is a one-off fee and your embroidered artwork will be held on file for future orders. Embroidered text has a £5 set up fee.
